Ardena was raised in the tropical rain forest here on the Big Island. Graduating Cum Laude from Waiakea High School, Ardena moved to Chicago, Illinois to attend college full time.  After 4 years of college in Chicago and also working full time as an Executive Assistant, she moved to New York where she became a Veterinary Assistant for the next 2 years.  Ready for her next big adventure Ardena moved back home to the Big Island to become a Real Estate Agent and put her knowledge of the island to work for her.

Armed with her experience in college and in the work force of the big cities of the mainland, she brings her insights to the profession of real estate negotiating. Her involvements in community services are numerous. When Ardena is not working on real estate you can find her enjoying one of her many hobbies; gardening, out on the town singing, modeling, horseback riding, or cruising the island by motorcycle.

With over one million dollars sales production in her first six months, Ardena quickly established herself as one of Prudential's "Rock Stars".  In 2006 Ardena was placed in the Honor Society of Prudential Real Estate, putting her among the top 15% of producers nationwide.  In 2008 she was selected  for HGTV’s show “House Hunters” and worked with her buyers as they purchased an oceanfront home in Kapoho.

Ardena is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors, Hawaii Island Board of Realtors, is Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certified, and is E-Certified.  Ardena is also a licensed insurance agent (life, health, disability, and annuities) working with many of our County and Federal employees across the state.
